ATTRACT.NL Symposium: Trends, Wishes and Dreams in Detection and Imaging Technologies. Now that the European commission has selected the ATTRACT initiative for grant agreement negotiationos to organise the first phase, we would like to inform you about the details of the upcoming call to be well prepared and to have another opportunity to pitch your ideas to come to a collaboration.


On January 12, 2018, we will organise the Dutch ATTRACT symposium “Trends, Wishes and Dreams in Detection and Imaging Technologies” at Nikhef at the Amsterdam Science Park, Amsterdam. To increase the chance of success when applying industrial involvement is crucial, therefore this particular event is aimed at getting the dreams of industry clearer.

ATTRACT is a new, open, pan-European initiative from CERN to accelerate the development of high-performance detector and imaging technologies for science and industry through a process of co-innovation among European research institutes, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), companies and universities. The purpose of this symposium is to bring as many relevant, interested and curious parties together to share their ideas on the future of radiation detectors and other sensor and imaging driven scientific instrumentation and applications by 2025.
